I'm Mariana Godinho, honored to serve as the Vice-President of the Actuarial Science Club. With a background in Mathematics from FCT NOVA and currently pursuing my second year in Actuarial Science Master's at ISEG. Alongside my studies, I am currently working in the insurance industry as a Life Actuary. During my undergraduate years, I actively contributed to the academic community by assuming roles in the Pedagogical Committee of the Degree in Mathematics and the Pedagogical Council of the Department of Mathematics. Moreover, I have been involved in various enriching extracurricular activities. Notably, I had the privilege of being part of the organizing committee for the 7th Edition of "JorTec de Matemática" at FCT/UNL in 2021. Additionally, I participated as a monitor in activities such as Clubemath, mathIngenious, and NOVA STEAM Academy, all organized by the Department of Mathematics at FCT/UNL. Aside from my academic pursuits, I have a profound passion for sports. I dedicated 11 years of my life to playing volleyball, which instilled in me a sense of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
